the location WAS excellent and allowed easy access to the city. The breakfast buffet offered many choices, including fresh options and local specialties. The staff members were attentive during breakfast service, I appreciated their help.

The hotel was centrally located, made exploring very easy. i found the staff helpful. They even provided a food pack when i had to leave early. everything about the place impressed me, from the location to the food and the overall atmosphere!
the wi-fi proved unreliable. Sometimes it worked fine, but at other times it was slow.

spacious room friendly staff breakfast variety
the room design felt modern and clean. the bar downstairs was enjoyable and well-attended. i found the breakfast selection offered a nice variety. the lady looking after breakfast service was particularly charming and helpful.
the hotel heating was turned off due to hot weather, so the towel rail was only lukewarm throughout my stay.

i found the location convenient. the hotel sits steps away from the golden roof. my room, a rössl cosy, was very spacious. the breakfast options were some of the best i experienced on my trip, with a wide variety of choices.
the hotel lacked in-room coffee and ice. this absence was a minor inconvenience. however, the on-site coffee shop, bar, and restaurant easily compensated.
